William C. Stone, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

William C. Stone founded SS&C in 1986 and has continuously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stone took SS&C public in 1996 and private in 2005 with The Carlyle Group. SS&C went public a second time in 2010 and now trades on Nasdaq (SSNC) with an enterprise value of $20 billion.

Prior to founding SS&C, Mr. Stone directed the financial services consulting practice of KPMG LLP, an accounting firm based in Hartford, Connecticut and was Vice President of Administration and Special Investment Services at Advest, Inc., a financial services company.

Rahul Kanwar, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kanwar is President and Chief Operating Officer of SS&C Technologies Inc. Previously he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Alternative Assets including the global hedge, private equity and fund of fund administration unit of SS&C Technologies Inc. He joined SS&C when the company acquired the Eisnerfast LLC fund administration business from Eisner LLP in 2005. At Eisner, Mr. Kanwar was responsible for managing and overseeing Eisnerfast LLC from 1998 onwards. Mr. Kanwar also has audit experience in the financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and brokers and dealers in securities. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian Schell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Brian Schell joined SS&C in August 2023 as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as CFO and Treasurer of Cboe Global Markets since 2018 where he joined as part of the Bats Global Markets acquisition in 2017. As CFO of Bats since 2011, he played a lead role in most of the company’s major accomplishments, including the April 2016 initial public offering and the acquisition by Cboe.  Schell also held various senior leadership positions in operations and finance at H&R Block Inc., including chief financial officer of the tax services and financial advisor units, as well as corporate treasurer. Schell began his career as an analyst at JP Morgan & Co. in New York. Early on in his career, he also worked at KPMG and the FDIC, facilitating regulatory-assisted banking transactions.  Schell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The George Washington University. He holds a Series 27 license.

Jason White, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer

Jason White joined SS&C from the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he was a Finance Partner and Co-Chair of the General Practice Group. Mr. White’s partnership focused on leveraged and high grade acquisition finance, restructuring, principal investments and M&A transactions. He represented global financial institutions in balance sheet-intensive transactions and strategics across an array of regulated and corporate matters. Prior to partnership at Shearman, Mr. White worked at Barclays in New York from 2005 – 2011, where he was head of Finance Legal Americas and a senior member of the Legal Management Committee. Mr. White has an undergraduate and law degree from Arizona State University, and a master’s degree from the University of Washington.

Ezra Baylin, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporate Development

Ezra Baylin joined SS&C in March 2024 as SVP & Global Head of Corporate Development. Previously, he served as SVP & Global Head of Corporate Development at Genpact from 2016 to 2024, translating the company’s growth strategy into action through organic investment, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and divestitures. Prior to Genpact, Ezra held multiple leadership positions at Towers Watson from 2001 to 2016, ultimately leading the strategy and M&A team.  Mr. Baylin began his career as a financial analyst at BT Alex Brown’s technology investment banking group.  Mr. Baylin holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. 

Darpan Bhargava, Senior Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources

Darpan Bhargava serves as Senior Vice president & Global Head of Human Resources for SS&C Technologies. Ms. Bhargava joined SS&C in 2014 and served as Vice president and Director – HR. Before joining SS&C, Ms. Bhargava led the HR department for Cyient North America for seven years, after starting her career as an intern in Cyient India. Ms. Bhargava is PHR and SHRM-CP certified with a master's degree in business administration from Hyderabad, India with specialization in Human Resources & International Business Management. She also holds HR Leadership & Strategy certification from Harvard Business School.

Ken Bisconti, Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager of SS&C Intralinks

Ken Bisconti is a Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of SS&C Intralinks. In this role, Mr. Bisconti is responsible for the end-to-end management of the organization along with Bob Petrocchi. He formerly served as Chief Product Officer for Intralinks where he developed a very deep and insightful understanding of market needs and strategic opportunities for Intralinks and put those insights to work defining the organization's product offerings. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Bisconti led IBM’s worldwide customer analytics business, including the Tealeaf Technologies and Coremetrics acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at San Diego.

Christy Bremner, Senior Vice President, Institutional and Investment Management

Christy Bremner serves as Senior Vice President for SS&C’s Institutional and Investment Management division where she has overall responsibility for sales, operations and strategic direction. She joined SS&C in 2012 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the PORTIA division following its acquisition from Thomson Reuters. She served as President and Global Managing Director of PORTIA at Thomson Reuters from 2007 and prior to that as Chief Operating Officer for the business.

Anthony Caiafa, Chief Technology Officer

Anthony Caiafa joined SS&C Technologies in August 2018 as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing SS&C's infrastructure technology with a senior role in vision in strategy. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Caiafa was part of Bloomberg's CTO office, as the Infrastructure Security Architect where he led efforts in infrastructure, automation, monitoring and security. He also held the Head of Production Engineering role at Bloomberg, responsible for building the production engineering organization and helping both internal and outside teams modernize their technology stack. Mr. Caiafa was on the original team at DigitalOcean where he built the infrastructure to help the company grow to scale.

Tori Dargati, General Manager, SS&C Health

Tori Dargati is the General Manager and a member of the board of directors of DomaniRX, SS&C Technologies’ newest healthcare joint venture. Ms. Dargati joined SS&C Health in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Previously, Ms. Dargati was the Operating Vice President and General Manager at Aero Med, a distributor of medical supplies in the global reference laboratory space, where she was responsible for full profit and loss results of a $500 million portfolio. In 2014 Aero-Med was acquired by Cardinal Health, Inc., and Dargati led the newly acquired entity for four years post acquisition. Ms. Dargati earned her BS in business administration from Northeastern University.

Gary Godshaw, Senior Vice President, Product and Relationship Management

Gary Godshaw is a Senior Vice President at SS&C, leading the firm's Product and Relationship Management strategy globally.  Before joining SS&C in 2023, Mr. Godshaw was the Founder and CEO of StreetLinx, the directory data exchange acquired by Symphony Communications, where he served the combined companies as Chief Revenue Officer.  Before founding StreetLinx, Mr. Godshaw was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 15 years in various roles, including Distressed Debt, Credit Derivatives, Structured Products, Debt Capital Markets and Cross Asset Sales.  He holds a BA from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.

Karen Geiger, Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

Karen Geiger is Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of SS&C’s Wealth & Investment Technologies division. She is primarily responsible for SS&C Advent’s Asset Management and Alternatives solution portfolio, which includes Geneva, Advent Portfolio Exchange, Moxy, Advent Custodial Data and more. Since 2022, Ms. Geiger has additionally been responsible for SS&C Eze, a leading provider of front office and trading solutions for Asset Managers around the world. She joined SS&C in 2015 when the company acquired Advent Software, which she joined in 1999. Prior to her role as Co-General Manager, Ms. Geiger was SS&C Advent’s Chief Development Officer, responsible for the technology behind our award-winning accounting, reporting and order management products. Ms. Geiger graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Operations & Management Information Systems and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Eamonn Greaves, Co-Head of Sales

Eamonn Greaves joined SS&C in 2012. Mr. Greaves is the Global Co-Head of Sales, based at the company’s New York office. Previously, Mr. Greaves held various executive positions over his tenure at SS&C, including global responsibilities for fund accounting and operations. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Greaves worked at State Street Corporation, where he managed the operations and fund accounting groups responsible for various high profile mutual fund clients. Mr. Greaves holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Steve Leivent, Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

Steve Leivent is Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of SS&C Advent and is primarily responsible for Advent’s Advisory focused and Outsourced Operations businesses. In this role he is responsible for Black Diamond, a leading wealth platform and solution set for advisors, as well as Advent’s Outsourcing Services business which provides cloud delivery of its award-winning portfolio accounting, reporting and order management products. He joined SS&C in 2015 when the company acquired Advent Software, which he joined in 2000 and has held various leadership roles during his tenure in Operations, Service and Business Development. Mr. Leivent holds a B.S. in Economics from Rowan University.

Bhagesh Malde, General Manager & Head of SS&C GlobeOp

Bhagesh Malde is General Manager and Head of SS&C GlobeOp and is responsible for SS&C's hedge fund administration, private markets administration, middle office, and insurance global servicing capabilities. Before joining SS&C in 2017, Mr. Malde was Senior Managing Director and global head of the Private Equity and Real Estate business at State Street and Managing Director and global head of Hedge Fund Services at J.P. Morgan. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of London and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program).

Thomas McMackin, Senior Vice President, General Manager

Tom McMackin joined SS&C in 2005 when the company acquired Open Information Systems (OIS), where he was Chairman and CEO. He founded OIS in 1994 after holding several senior positions at Citibank in the World Wide Securities Services and Financial Institutions groups. At OIS, Mr. McMackin established the company as a leader in providing technology-based products to the world's foremost financial institutions, and achieved over 75% market share in a $200 billion average daily business.

Bob Petrocchi, Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager of SS&C Intralinks

Bob Petrocchi is a Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of SS&C Intralinks. In this role, Mr. Petrocchi is responsible for the end-to-end management of the organization along with Ken Bisconti. He formerly served as Chief Revenue Officer and the Head of Sales for Intralinks. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Petrocchi was the Managing Director of Financial Services at Microsoft where he drove transformation to the cloud for Microsoft's largest financial services customers representing ~$500m in annual revenue. In addition to his work at Intralinks, he is a member of the Board of Trustees at Eden Autism Services and an active member and coach in the Special Olympics community. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.

Glenn Schmidt, Senior Vice President and General Manager, SS&C Innovest

Glenn Schmidt serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of SS&C Innovest. He joined SS&C Technologies in 2020 with the acquisition of Innovest Systems. Mr. Schmidt has over thirty-five years of experience in developing and managing wealth platforms. Prior to joining SS&C, he was the CEO of Innovest, a wealth management platform that includes trust accounting, payments processing, unique assets and managed services. Before Innovest, Mr. Schmidt managed the global platform for J.P. Morgan's Trust and Estates business. He also served as Managing Director of Trust Services at Charles Schwab where he led the launch of the trust outsourcing business, operations and related product development. Mr. Schmidt has also held senior management positions at SunGard Data Systems and Deutsche Bank. He received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Scranton.

Laton Spahr, President of SS&C ALPs Advisors, Portfolio Manager

Laton Spahr, CFA, currently serves as President of SS&C ALPS Advisors and Portfolio Manager on the ALPS | Smith Balanced Opportunity Fund.* With his experience in the investment industry, Laton brings fresh insight and creative leadership strategies to these roles. Mr. Spahr has 22 years of investment management experience. Before taking the helm of ALPS Advisors, Mr. Spahr led the Value and Income Team at Oppenheimer Funds where he was Portfolio Manager on four different equity and balanced strategies. Prior to Oppenheimer Funds, Mr. Spahr was a leader at Columbia Management Investment Advisors, where he managed value and income strategies across institutional and retail investment channels. Over his career, Mr. Spahr also conducted equity risk management, analyzed and traded derivatives, structured products and was a technology sector analyst. Mr. Spahr earned his M.S. Finance degree from the Applied Securities Analysis Program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.

Rob Stone, Co-Head of Sales

Nick Wright, Head of Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS)

Nick Wright is Head of Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS), which brings together US Asset Manager Solutions based in the US, and international Transfer Agency teams in Europe, including the IFDS Joint Ventures. Leveraging the latest technology, therefore creating a unique, globally consistent offering focusing on digital first, data insights and intelligent automation. Mr. Wright is also responsible for SS&C’s Development and Technology teams in the US and UK, as well as the Investor Servicing businesses outside of the U.S, which provides servicing and technology to Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Insurance Companies, their Distributors and their Investors. Mr. Wright has been in the industry for 33 years, having previously held roles at State Street, Investors Trust Europe, Northern Trust, AXA Investment Managers and National Mutual.
