The selection of SS&C GlobeOp was based on the platform's strong functionality, ability to manage both fund administration and risk management and to handle a broad range of funds. Brightway was impressed by SS&C's extensive suite of solutions and services coupled with the client-centric team able to provide strong onshore support. Ken Peng, CIO, Brightway, explains:

"Our firm has funds with complex structures and rules so SS&C's ability to service different types of structures was key. Additionally, we wanted a solution which could scale as we expand. We look forward to seeing the benefits of automation, yet maintaining high levels of client servicing."

Risk management and compliance were also high on Brightway's list. SS&C GlobeOp's proven track record in these areas will help to streamline producing the required regulatory reporting.
